Worst experience..manager was very rude .we have booked top view room but he gave us basement room which was very stinky. We had requested to change the room but he didn't agree. We had to leave the room due to bad smell..our total money wasted. Also Bad experience with MakeMyTrip. We had booked the hotel via Make my trip... I will not recommend this hotel to anyone..

The room was smallish but impeccably clean and had a balcony with a great view. Reliable wi-fi. Getting there from Jogiwara Rd involves walking a steep set of steps, so it's not an option for people with mobility problems. All rooms are basically the same, the choice is only between rooms with balcony (and view) and without. Rooms upstairs have a broader view and cost a bit more. The balconies have no chairs but they were provided on request. The common area is very small, so it's rather not a place to meet other travellers and socialize. The only drawback - our room on the highest floor was located next to the kitchen, with ventilation pumping exhaust fumes towards our balcony and window. It would have probably been a better idea to stay on a lower floor, even with somewhat more limited view. Warning: very slippery floor in the bathroom!

We had booked a deluxe room which does not have any view from window. The room was good & clean. But the seat of the western toilet in bathroom was loose. The hotel is located at a 10 min walk from main square, but you have to get down a lot of steps from Jogiwara road to actually reach the hotel. So book this hotel only if you have no problem in going up & down on steps.

Good budget stay. Food was good. you have to go around 50 stairs down from the road to reach hotel. Do not expect early check-ins in peak time or weekends. Location is fine.... local market is nearby.

It was nice exp here and their cheapest room is also amazing so if u don't wanna spend much money then this is the best option. Receptionist is also nice n food is nice and if u wanna spend less then prefer eating there esp mushroom do pyaza except pancakes and chicken briyani was ohk ohk
